The 850 ring die pellet machine independently researched, developed and mass-produced by Shandong Xingye Environmental is a high-output vertical core biomass pelletizing equipment, specially built for medium and large-scale biomass fuel processing factories. This 850 ring die pellet machine adopts an 850mm large-diameter ring die matched with three pressure roller compression structure. The vertical centrifugal feeding design perfectly adapts to sawdust, various crop straws, industrial agricultural and forestry waste. Raw materials with moisture content from 12% to 20% can be stably formed, with single machine output reaching 3-5 tons per hour. The whole machine is equipped with high-torque direct-connected reducer, featuring lower power loss and stronger stability for continuous operation.
