◎Working Principle
Biomass Pellet Machine 850 Type adopts vertical ring die and rotating roller working principle:
After crushing and drying, raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber evenly through vertical feeding system without bridging or blocking
High-speed rotating rollers generate centrifugal force to press materials into ring die holes. Lignin is plasticized and bonded under high temperature and pressure to form cylindrical pellets
Pellets are discharged through the discharging device, and finished fuel is obtained after cooling and screening
Equipped with forced lubrication and intelligent temperature control system, the biomass pellet machine ensures long-term stable operation with molding rate over 95%.
