Recently, Shandong Xingye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. completed manufacturing of a full biomass pellet production line. All machines were loaded onto trucks in batches and shipped to our domestic biomass pellet plant customer.
The delivered pellet mill equipment includes multiple sets of pellet mills, together with a complete biomass conveying system and post-processing units. This production line consists of ground hopper feeder, stainless steel screw conveyor, bucket elevator, pellet cooler and pellet screening machine. The biomass conveying system automatically feeds and transports raw materials, stably delivering wood shavings, straw and other biomass materials to the pellet mill for pelleting. Hot pellets after extrusion will go through the cooling and screening unit for temperature reduction and grading, separating finished pellets from fines to guarantee good pellet quality.
This complete biomass pellet production line realizes full-process automation: raw material feeding, conveying, pelleting, cooling and screening. It greatly cuts manual labor cost and runs stably for large-scale wood pellet manufacturing. Xingye customizes the whole project according to customer’s plant layout and output requirement.
