The core structure and working principle of the product
1. Main Structure: The whole machine consists of 8 core parts: feeding hopper, crushing chamber, rotor assembly, alloy hammer pieces, sieve mesh, load-bearing frame, driving motor and discharge hopper. The model in the picture adopts split stable base with shock absorption structure, featuring low vibration and controllable noise during operation, solid construction ensures long-term high-intensity stability of the hammer mill crusher.
2. Working Principle: Raw materials enter the crushing chamber from the top feeding port. The high-speed rotating rotor drives alloy hammers of the biomass hammer mill to impact, beat and shear materials. Fine materials meeting sieve hole size fall through the mesh, while large particles are re-crushed repeatedly until qualified, then discharged from bottom hopper with integrated crushing process, accurately meeting the fine processing demand before pelleting.
3.
