Vertical ring die pellet machine is a kind of particle equipment commonly used in biomass energy industry. It is a new type of fuel forming machine that crush biomass raw materials such as branches and straw into rod-shaped particles to replace coal. Biomass granulator is divided into flat mold machine and ring mold machine. The vertical centrifugal high-efficiency ring mold granulator produced by our company combines the advantages of traditional horizontal ring mold and flat mold granulator, which is especially suitable for biomass granulation.
Common raw materials:
Wood: pine, poplar, Chinese fir, branches, bark, sawdust, shavings;
Straw: cotton straw, grapevine, forage, alfalfa, corn straw, wheat straw, Caragana straw, peanut seedling;

The compactness of the overall machine design is improved. Modular design is adopted, increasing operational reliability by 4–6 times.
It uses a non-contact labyrinth sealing device with excellent performance and high wear resistance.
The surface area of the reducer housing is increased, and forced air cooling is adopted, providing excellent heat dissipation performance.
The mold features a double-layer design with vertical feeding, preventing arching and facilitating heat dissipation.
The mold is installed in a fixed vertical position, making the machine easy to install and stable in operation. The pressure wheel rotates, generating centrifugal force that distributes materials evenly.
The housing of the new feeding system is made of 304 stainless steel, offering high strength, strong wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The reducer gear is directly driven by a high-precision involute cylindrical helical gear, with a transmission efficiency of over 98%.
The transmission gear blank undergoes normalizing heat treatment after water forging, improving tooth surface hardness. The tooth surface is carburized with a carburized layer depth of 2.4 mm, enhancing wear resistance and extending part service life. The hard tooth surface is finished with silent fine grinding and trimming, making operation quieter and more stable.
