As a key product in the 2-4T/H Biomass Pellet Mill series, it adopts mature ring die pelletizing technology to efficiently process various agricultural and forestry wastes such as wood chips, straw, rice husk, bark, and bagasse. Through physical extrusion molding technology, it converts low-density loose raw materials into high-density, standardized biomass pellet fuel.

Working Principle
The Model 700 Biomass Pellet Mill adopts a vertical ring die structural design, and the core working process is divided into four steps:
Raw Material Pretreatment: The raw material (with moisture content controlled at 10%-15%) after crushing and drying is evenly sent into the pelletizing bin by the vertical feeding system to avoid material jamming;
Centrifugal Distribution: The ring die rotates at a high speed to generate centrifugal force, which evenly throws the raw material to the meshing area between the inner wall of the ring die and the pressure roller;
High-Pressure Forming: The pressure roller rotates under the drive of the ring die, applying a squeezing force of up to 50-100MPa to the raw material. At the same time, friction generates heat to soften the lignin in the raw material (temperature reaches 80-120℃), and the raw material can be bonded and formed by itself without adding any binders;
Discharging and Cooling: The raw material is squeezed through the die holes of the ring die to form continuous strips, which are cut into standard-length particles by a high-speed rotating cutter, and then discharged after being quickly cooled by the air cooling system, completing the entire pelletizing process.
