Biofuel Pellet Machine is a molding equipment that converts agricultural and forestry waste (such as sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc.) into high-density, regularly shaped solid pellet fuel through physical compression. The biomass particles produced by it have the characteristics of high calorific value, easy storage and transportation, and are a clean energy alternative to coal.

1. Feeding and conditioning: The raw materials that have been crushed and adjusted for humidity are sent between the pressure roller and the ring mold in the granulation chamber.
2. Squeezing and Forming: Under strong pressure, the pressure roller forcefully squeezes the raw material into a specific aperture mold hole on the ring mold. At the moment when the raw materials pass through the mold holes, high temperatures are generated due to the enormous friction and pressure, causing lignin to soften and act as a natural adhesive.
3. Cutting and discharging: The continuous cylindrical strip material extruded from the mold hole is cut into regular particles of a predetermined length by the cutter outside the chassis, and then output.
