🌱Product Introduction
Xingye Environmental’s three drum dryer, upgraded from traditional single rotary dryer, is an energy-saving triple pass drying equipment with three concentric nested cylinders. Compared with old-style single drum dryer, this three cylinder rotary dryer features compact layout and improved heat efficiency. Custom capacity ranges from 5t/h to 100t/h, final moisture of finished products adjustable between 0.5%~15%. It supports multiple heat sources including coal, natural gas, biomass fuel, diesel and electricity, widely exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and South America for industrial granular raw material drying projects.
⚙️Working Principle
The working logic of this triple pass dryer relies on three-layer coaxial rotating barrels for three-stage cyclic heat exchange:
1. Inner cylinder: Raw wet material is fed into inner barrel; internal lifting flights scatter raw material continuously, high-temperature hot air flows along with raw material to remove most free moisture rapidly.
2. Middle cylinder: Material reverses flow into middle barrel with counter-current heat transfer, absorbing residual heat from inner cylinder for secondary deep dewatering via reciprocating forward-backward movement.
3. Outer cylinder: Material flows into outermost barrel for final low-temperature drying; qualified dried material is discharged, waste gas is treated by matched dust removal system to meet global environmental emission standards, which is the core high-efficiency design of three drum dryer.
