Product Description
Three Cylinder Dryer is an upgraded high-efficiency & energy-saving drying equipment developed by XINGYE Environmental based on traditional single-drum dryers. Adopting three-layer nested cylinder structure and self-insulation design, it greatly improves thermal efficiency, reduces footprint and cuts energy consumption. Our Three Cylinder Dryer supports continuous drying of various granular/powder materials with stable moisture control, widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical, mining and other industries, serving as core drying equipment for large-scale production lines.
Working Principle
Materials enter the inner drum of our Three Cylinder Dryer, get lifted into material curtain by lifting plates, and exchange heat with high-temperature hot air for fast dewatering. Then materials go into the middle drum for counter-current drying, fully absorbing waste heat and extending retention time. Finally, materials move in multi-loop in outer drum to complete deep drying and cooling. With combined co-current & counter-current heat exchange and three-layer waste heat recycling, thermal efficiency reaches over 80%, and discharge temperature＜50℃ for direct storage.
