This pellet machine is designed for efficient compression molding of various feed and biomass materials. By utilizing a rotating die and conical pressing rollers, raw materials are compressed into cylindrical pellets that are cut and discharged automatically. The machine features a robust transmission system combined with a precision pelletizing chamber, making it suitable for both the animal feed industry and biomass energy pellet production.
Working Principle
The raw material enters the pelletizing chamber, where the rotating die and the self-rotating pressing rollers generate friction, forcing the material into the die holes. The compressed material is formed into cylindrical strips, which are then cut by the discharge cutter into pellets that roll out of the pelletizing chamber.
Structure
The machine is divided into two main parts: the transmission system and the pelletizing system.
Transmission system: consists of the motor, universal joint, and gearbox.
Pelletizing system: consists of the main shaft and the pelletizing chamber (die, pressing rollers, and cutter).
Application Range
The machine is widely used in the feed and animal husbandry industry, suitable for pellet production in farms and feed mills for cattle, horses, sheep, chickens, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese, camels, pigeons, and more.
