Working principle
1. Feeding and impact: The wood material to be processed is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding port and immediately subjected to fierce impact from multiple hammer blades hinged on the high-speed rotating rotor inside the chamber.
2. Impact and Grinding: After the initial impact, the material is accelerated and thrown towards the toothed plate or the inner wall of the machine cavity, undergoing a secondary impact. At the same time, smaller materials are subjected to strong friction and grinding in the gap between the hammer and the sieve.
3. Screening and discharging: After the crushed material reaches a certain fineness, it is "thrown out" of the crushing chamber through the holes on the mesh screen surrounding the rotor at the bottom. The material larger than the sieve hole is left in the cavity and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until its size is qualified before being discharged.
