Product Introduction
The Flat Die Feed Pellet Mill is a professional and cost-effective equipment designed for processing powdery raw materials into cylindrical pellets. It adopts a flat die structure with stable transmission, low energy consumption and strong adaptability to raw materials. Whether it is corn, soybean meal, straw, sawdust or other mixed feeds, the machine can efficiently complete the pelletizing process, meeting the production needs of small and medium-sized farms, feed processing plants and biomass energy projects.
Working Principle
Feeding: The powdery raw material is sent to the pressing area between the flat die and the pressure roller through the feeding hopper by gravity.
Pressing & Forming: Driven by the motor, the flat die rotates, and the pressure roller rolls and rotates under friction. The raw material is squeezed into the die holes, and under high pressure, the lignin and starch in the material are gelatinized and solidified to form cylindrical pellets.
Discharging: The formed pellets are pushed out of the die holes by the continuous pressure, and cut to the required length by the adjustable cutter, finally falling out of the discharge port.
