Product Introduction
The drum wood chipper (wood crusher) is a flagship wood chipping equipment of Xingye Environmental Protection. Working Principle
The drum wood chipper consists of a base, a knife roller, upper and lower feed rollers, a conveyor belt, and a hydraulic system. During operation, the motor drives the knife roller to rotate at high speed. Materials are evenly fed into the inlet via the conveyor belt, and the upper and lower feed rollers automatically clamp and push the materials to the cutting area. The flying knives on the rotating knife roller and the fixed bottom knife form a strong shear force, cutting the wood into standard chips instantly. The finished wood chips are discharged from the outlet by centrifugal force, and impurities are separated by the screening system. The whole process is automatic and efficient. The hydraulic system can quickly open the hood for easy blade replacement and gap adjustment, ensuring convenient maintenance.
