Working Principle

1. Feeding: Raw materials are transported into crushing chamber via belt conveyor automatically;

2. Impact Crushing: Driven by motor, rotor with alloy hammers rotates at high speed. Materials are crushed under combined force of impact, shear and friction from swinging hammers inside the biomass hammer mill;

3. Screening & Conveying: Qualified fine powder passes through screen holes, then is sucked into cyclone hopper by negative-pressure fan; oversized raw materials stay inside chamber for re-crushing;

4. Dust Collection: Main finished sawdust is collected by cyclone separator, fine dust is trapped by pulse dust bag to avoid air pollution, making the whole wood hammer mill run in closed circulating airflow continuously.
