 Rollers & Press Wheels:

○Clean surface after each shift,check bearings weekly and add high-temp wear-resistant grease. Adjust gap with die regularly to avoid uneven wear.

○Replace when scratched, deformed, noisy or gap unadjustable. Normal life: 300–500 hours.

Ring Die & Flat Die:

○Clear blocked holes daily; check wear weekly and apply anti-rust oil. New dies need running-in with fine material + oil.

○Replace when output drops >30%, or cracks/deformation appear. Ring die: 800–1200h; flat die: 500–800h.

Cutters:

○Clean blades daily; adjust distance to die weekly for uniform particle length (3–8mm).

○Replace when chipped or badly worn; keep 2–3 sets in stock.

Bearings & Seals:

○Check bearing temp every 15 days (≤70℃); replace grease regularly. Replace seals if broken or leaking.

○Replace bearings if noisy/overheating; use high-temp, wear-resistant industrial parts.

Feeder & Scraper:
