▼Working Principle
XINGYE hammer mill crusher relies on the motor to drive the rotor to rotate at high speed. The hammers impact, shear and grind the materials under centrifugal force to complete coarse crushing and fine grinding. Materials collide repeatedly in the crushing chamber and are discharged through the screen after reaching the set particle size, while unqualified materials continue to be crushed circularly. Equipped with shock-absorbing base and sealed cavity, the machine has low noise and no leakage. It works jointly with biomass pellet machine to realize integrated continuous production of "crushing-pelleting", improving the environmental protection and automation level of the whole production line.
