Working principle of Biomass Pellet Packaging Machine
The packaging machine adopts an automated assembly line design, and the materials are fed into the storage bin through a hoist, and then enter the weighing system through a screw feeder or gravity flow. The weighing unit (mostly a sensor) precisely controls the weight and stops feeding after reaching the set value. Subsequently, the bag clamping device automatically clamps the packaging bag. After the material is filled into the bag, the equipment automatically completes the bag mouth sewing or heat sealing operation, and finally outputs the finished product by the conveyor belt.
