Brief Introduction
The High efficiency hammer mill is mainly composed of main machine, fan, separator, powder collector, dust collector, etc. the interior of the main machine is divided into three parts: crushing room, stopper room and fan room. During the operation of the machine, after the materials are put into the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, they are crushed by the impact between the blade fixed on the main shaft and the lining plate of the casing and the shear of high gas injection. The crushed materials are graded into the fan chamber through the plug chamber, and the materials enter the separator by the blowing of the wind wheel and the attraction of the machine. After the classification treatment of the separator, the coarse materials are returned to the crushing chamber by the return nozzle for crushing again, The finished material is led out by the induced draft fan into the powder collector for bagging and packaging, and the residual air is discharged by the dust removal and air dispersion device.
The high efficiency hammer mill uses hammer screen to smash. The model is selected according to the proportion of materials and output. The screen area of the high-efficiency crusher is 2 / 3 semicircles, with large screen area, good effect, simple operation, more stable operation, reasonable power setting, energy conservation, environmental protection and more scientific.
