• Working Principle 

The Flat Die Wood Sawdust Pellet Machine Model 450 adopts advanced flat die compression molding technology . Driven by a high-power motor, the main shaft drives the pressure rollers to rotate, and the raw materials (such as wood sawdust, straw, etc.) are evenly fed into the feeding chamber and fall on the flat die . The pressure rollers continuously roll over the material layer, forcing the materials into the die holes. Through the processes of molding and shape retention in the die holes, the materials are extruded in a cylindrical shape, and then cut into particles of uniform length by the rotating cutter, finally sent out by the material throwing plate .
