The biomass comprehensive crusher efficiently crush various wood biomass, adjustable granularity for multi-scenarios, wear-resistant, low-consumption & easy maintenance, boost both environmental protection and productivity.The biomass comprehensive crusher adopts the core technology of dual-motor drive + high-speed rotor impact shear, and the whole machine consists of feeding system, crushing chamber, hydraulic system and discharge conveying system, improves productivity & safety factor.
■Product Working Principle
Materials are fed by chain plate, crushed by pressure roller into crushing chamber; rotor driven by motor/diesel engine rotates at high speed, blades/hammer heads cut & tear materials, qualified materials discharged through screen, unqualified ones re-crushed in chamber，with 3-step working process：
1.Feeding: Raw materials (logs/branches/wood scraps) are automatically fed into the crushing chamber through a chain plate conveyor, no manual feeding required, safe and efficient;
2.Crushing: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed , the wear-resistant hammer heads on the rotor impact and shear the raw materials, and the baffle in the chamber assists in grinding to realize fine crushing of raw materials;
3.Discharging: The crushed materials are screened through a screen, the sawdust/wood chips meeting the particle size requirements are automatically discharged (particle size can be adjusted as needed), and the unqualified materials remain in the chamber for secondary crushing to ensure uniform discharging.The equipment is equipped with a negative pressure dust removal system, no dust during crushing, complying with environmental protection standards.
