Product Introduction
The Three-drum dryer is a high-efficiency energy-saving upgrade of the single-cylinder rotary dryer. With its unique nested structure, it achieves 30% lower energy consumption and 50% higher efficiency, while occupying only 1/3 of the space. Ideal for large-scale drying of ore, coal, and construction materials, it ensures stable operation and low maintenance costs.
Working Principle
The Three-drum dryer adopts a coaxial nested three-cylinder structure (inner cylinder, middle cylinder, outer cylinder), with hot air and materials moving in countercurrent and cross-flow directions at different stages:
1. Feeding Stage: Wet materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the feeding device. The inner cylinder is equipped with lifting plates, which lift and scatter the materials fully, and the high-temperature hot air flows countercurrently, realizing rapid pre-drying and temperature rise of materials.
2. Main Drying Stage: Materials enter the middle cylinder through the material guide plate. The middle cylinder is the core drying area, where the hot air and materials flow crosswise, and the heat exchange is more sufficient, which removes most of the moisture in the materials.
3. Final Drying Stage: Materials enter the outer cylinder. The hot air with reduced temperature flows countercurrently again, realizing the final drying of materials and ensuring the uniformity of the moisture content of the finished products.
4. Discharging Stage: The dried materials are discharged from the discharge port, and the waste gas is discharged after dust removal by the dust collector, completing the whole drying process.
