Working Principle
The 450 Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill adopts the mechanical physical extrusion molding principle. The core operation process is as follows:
Raw Material Pretreatment: Wood chips, straw and other raw materials are uniformly transported to the flat die surface through the feeding hopper after crushing and drying (with moisture content controlled at 13%-15%);
Extrusion Molding: The motor drives the reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate, making the pressure roller revolve and rotate around the flat die. The friction between the pressure roller and the flat die generates high temperature of 80-100℃, softening the lignin in the raw materials;
Discharging and Molding: The raw materials are squeezed through the die holes of the flat die under high pressure, cut into 6-12mm particles by the high-speed rotating cutter, and finally collected through the discharge port to complete the pelletizing process.
