The flat die pellet machine is capable of processing a wide range of raw materials, including agricultural and forestry residues (corn straw, sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, branches, etc.), industrial by-products (cloth strips, paper mill residues, leather scraps, etc.), as well as domestic waste, sludge, and garden waste.

Brief Introduction
The flat die pellet machine is mainly used for compression molding of coarse fiber, such as corn straw, sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, weeds, and other crop straw, domestic waste, factory waste, and for granulation of materials with low adhesion rate and difficult to form. It is also used for producing feed pellets for rural households and farms, as well as low-temperature granulation of biomass, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and more.
Working Principle
The principle of the flat die pellet machine is that the motor drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate after changing speed through the reducer, and the raw materials are added from the hopper. Due to the action of gravity and the scraper, the raw materials are evenly spread on the flat die.
The main shaft is connected with the pressing roller shaft, while the die is stationary. The pressing roller and raw materials rotate by friction. The pressing roller installed on the main shaft produces both revolution and self-rotation due to the driving of the main shaft and the action of friction. The raw materials are continuously squeezed into the flat die by the pressing roller to solidify and form pellets.
The cutter then cuts off the extruded material, which falls into the throwing tray and is delivered to the machine discharge hopper, completing the granulation process.
