• Working Principle

The 850 biomass pellet machine adopts vertical ring die structure with fixed die and rotating rollers for centrifugal pelletizing: After pre-treatment (crushing, drying to 10%-15% moisture content), raw materials vertically enter the pelletizing chamber. Driven by high-speed rotating main shaft, centrifugal force distributes materials evenly on the inner wall of ring die. Under strong rolling of rollers, biomass materials bond physically under high temperature and pressure, pass through customized die holes to form continuous cylindrical pellets, which are cut to set length by cutter and discharged from outlet. Double-layer alloy steel ring die, forced lubrication and air cooling ensure continuous stable operation and efficient pelletizing at 3-5 tons per hour.
