Product Description
The Wood Pellet Machine, also known as a sawdust pellet machine or biomass pellet mill, is designed to compress crushed wood chips, sawdust, and other biomass materials into solid pellets.
As a core machine in the biomass energy industry, the biomass pellet mill processes various raw materials—such as branches, crop straws, and sawdust—into rod-shaped biomass pellets, which can replace coal as a clean and renewable fuel. Biomass generally refers to all organic matter, including plants, microorganisms, and their waste products. Typical biomass sources include agricultural crops and residues, wood and wood waste.
Common Biomass Raw Materials:
Corn stalks, wheat straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, rice husks, peanut shells, palm shells, furniture factory scraps, waste cloth strips, newspapers, corn cobs, branches, leaves, sawdust, and other agricultural residues, as well as solid waste (e.g., mushroom residue, furfural residue, distiller’s grains).
Main Features
Lubrication System – The roller, main shaft, and assemblies adopt dust-free precision assembly with multi-layer sealing. The spraying-type thin oil circulation lubrication system eliminates the need for grease, directly reducing oil consumption costs.
Motor – Industry’s first motor designed specifically for wood pellet machines. Power output efficiency is increased by more than 10%, with power density reaching 3–5 times that of conventional motors. Wide voltage and frequency tolerance allows safe, stable, and energy-saving operation even in harsh environments.
Transmission – The core transmission component, the reducer, is an independently developed pellet mill reducer, designed to overcome the shortcomings of standard industrial reducers. Using finite element analysis and parallel hard-tooth gear transmission, it ensures equal strength at each stage. Even under high temperature, low oil, or sudden load increases of 3–4 times the rated capacity, it can still operate reliably.
Safety – Designed based on the lowest maximum allowable oil temperature, equipped with forced air cooling circulation. This ensures low and constant oil temperature, prevents rapid oil degradation, and extends oil replacement cycle by 1.5–2 times.
Modular Design – By integrating pellet mill–specific motors and reducers, the machine achieves a compact design, fewer complex components, and standardized modular assembly. This improves quality, performance, operational stability, and safety by 3–4 times compared to conventional machines.
