Application of Flat Mold Pellet Machine
Mainly used for compression molding of coarse fibers, such as corn stover, sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalks, weeds and other crop stover, granulation of household waste, factory waste, materials with low adhesion and difficult to shape, feed pellets for rural breeding professionals and farms, and low-temperature granulation of biomass, organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers and other materials.
Working principle of Flat Mold Pellet Machine
The principle of granulation is that the motor drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate through the gearbox, and the raw materials are added from the hopper. Due to gravity and the action of the scraper, the raw materials are evenly spread on the flat mold. The main shaft is connected to the pressure roller shaft, and the mold is stationary. The pressure roller and the mold material rotate by friction. The pressure roller installed on the main shaft rotates and revolves due to the drive and friction of the main shaft. The raw materials are continuously squeezed into the flat mold by the pressure roller and solidified into shape. The cutting blade cuts off the extruded material and falls into the feeding tray, which is then thrown to the machine's discharge hopper, completing granulation.
