Introduction to Small Pellet Mill
The Small Pellet Mill is an environmentally friendly device that compresses agricultural and forestry waste (such as sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc.) into high-density pellet fuel. It is mainly targeted at users such as household heating, small farms, and workshops, enabling the resource recovery and energy self-sufficiency of waste materials.
Operating principle
The core of this technology is compression molding. After being crushed, the raw material (with a certain range of moisture content) is fed into the granulation chamber. Driven by a motor, the pressure roller forcefully compresses the raw material within the mold (either a ring mold or a flat mold). Under the intense pressure and high temperatures (60-100°C) generated by friction, lignin softens and melts, binding the raw material together. This mixture is then extruded through the holes in the mold and cut into uniform cylindrical particles by a cutter.
