This machine has a unique cooling mechanism, where the cooling air moves in the opposite direction to the granular material, gradually cooling the material from bottom to top, avoiding the disadvantages of surface cracking of particles caused by aggregation cooling in general vertical coolers, difficulty in dissipating moisture and heat in the core during cooling time, and fragility.

The machine adopts a vibration locking device, which improves the cooling effect, reduces the particle breakage rate, eliminates the disadvantage of the cooler not working after the particles become hard, and reduces power consumption. The cooling effect is superior to existing domestic products and exceeds national standards. The cooled feed temperature should not exceed room temperature+5 ℃, and the precipitation rate should not be less than 3.8%. This has played an excellent role in producing high-quality pellet feed, extending pellet storage time, and improving economic benefits.
