Working Principle
Flat Die Wood Pellet Machine adopts roller rotating & flat die fixed structure. Materials enter the pelletizing chamber vertically through hopper. The high-speed rotating rollers generate strong pressure and frictional heat, softening lignin for natural bonding. Materials are extruded into die holes and cut into standard length by cutter. Physical forming without binder, pellet density high, molding rate ≥95%.
