Product Introduction
Vertical Ring Die Pellet Mill is a granulation equipment with a ring die axis arranged vertically. The core working component is a vertically placed porous ring mold, as well as 2-3 horizontally installed pressure rollers inside. The material enters from the top and is squeezed into the ring mold hole by the pressure roller, forming cylindrical particles. This design is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized production and household scenarios.

1. Gravity assisted feeding
The material is vertically transported from top to bottom, relying on its own gravity to naturally enter the compression zone, resulting in more uniform and smooth feeding, effectively reducing blockages.
2. Compact structure and small footprint
The vertical design fully utilizes vertical space, with a small horizontal projection area of the entire machine, making it very suitable for family workshops or small processing plants with limited space.
3. Possess certain self cleaning ability
Thanks to the effect of gravity, impurities such as heavy metals and sand mixed in the material tend to settle to the bottom, which can reduce wear on the ring mold and pressure roller and extend the life of the core components.
4. Convenient maintenance
The main transmission and compression components (ring mold and pressure roller) are usually designed to be easily accessible from above or side, and can be inspected, maintained, and replaced by opening the top cover, making the operation intuitive and effortless.
