• Working Principle

The flat die feed pellet mill adopts a roller rotating & flat die fixed structure. Raw materials are evenly distributed on the flat die plate through the feeding port. Rollers roll and extrude materials, making raw materials form through die holes under high temperature and pressure. Materials’ fiber and lignin form natural bonding without much water or binder. The formed pellets have moderate hardness, uniform density and are not easy to break, convenient for storage and transportation.
