Biomass Wood Chipper is mainly used to cut biomass raw materials such as wood and branches into sheets of certain specifications. It is an important equipment in the production of particleboard, fiberboard, and biomass power generation. Cut the leftover wood from logging/processing, including logs, small diameter logs, twigs, and bark, as well as non wood fiber stems such as bamboo, cotton stalks, sugarcane, and reeds into standardized pieces. The output is mainly used as a raw material for the preparation of particleboard, fiberboard, and non wood based panels, as well as a basic raw material for pulp and paper production. It can also be used as a fuel for biomass power generation.

Biomass Wood Chipper        The biomass slicer mainly cuts raw materials into pieces through high-speed rotating blades. Drum type cutting machine: It is mentioned that its core cutting mechanism is a rotating drum (knife roller), on which several flying knives are installed. During work, the wood is fed into the feeding port, pressed by the upper and lower feeding rollers, and pushed towards the knife roller. The high-speed rotating flying knife cuts the wood into pieces, and the qualified pieces fall through the mesh holes outside the drum and are discharged. The oversized pieces will remain in the machine and be cut again.
