Working Principle
The 560 model biomass pellet machine adopts the mature working principle of vertical ring die and pressure roller rotating centrifugal extrusion:
Raw Material Pretreatment: Raw materials such as wood chips and straw are crushed and dried, and the moisture content is strictly controlled at 12%-18% to meet the optimal pelletizing conditions;
Uniform Feeding: Raw materials are evenly fed into the pelletizing chamber through the vertical feeding system to avoid unbalanced load and material blockage;
High-Pressure Pelletizing: The main shaft drives the pressure roller to rotate at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, raw materials are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the stationary ring die. The pressure roller and ring die form a high-pressure extrusion zone. Raw materials complete fiber recombination and plasticization under high temperature and pressure, and are forced to pass through the ring die holes to form cylindrical pellets;
Cutting and Discharging: Pellets are cut to the set length by the cutter and discharged from the outlet, completing the entire pelletizing process.
