• Working Principle

1. Raw Material Crushing Stage: The wood chipper crushes large raw materials such as logs and branches into uniform small wood chips, providing basic raw materials for the subsequent grinding process;

2. Grinding Stage: The hammer mill further grinds the wood chips into fine powder (fineness about 3-5mm) that meets the requirements of pelletizing;

3. Drying Stage: The rotary dryer reduces the moisture content of the crushed materials to the optimal range for pelletizing (12%-18%) through hot air circulation, ensuring the quality of pellet forming;

4. Pelletizing Stage: The materials are sent to the biomass pellet mill. Under high pressure and high temperature, the lignin softens and bonds, and is pressed into cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 6-12mm;

5. Cooling and Screening Stage: The newly produced high-temperature pellets are cooled and dehumidified by the cooler, and then the scraps and powder are removed by the screener to improve the finished product rate;

6. Packaging Stage: The finished pellets enter the automatic packing machine to complete quantitative bagging, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
