• Product Introduction

The 37KW Biomass Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine is an efficient pelleting equipment designed by Shandong Xingye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. for small and medium-sized breeding enterprises, feed processing plants and biomass fuel production scenarios. Adopting the flat die extrusion principle, it can compress raw materials such as corn stalks, grass, grains and sawdust into uniform and dense feed pellets or biomass fuel pellets. It is suitable for breeding pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and other livestock and poultry, and can also be used for biomass fuel processing. Equipped with a 37KW national standard pure copper motor, the machine has strong power with an hourly output of 1000-1200kg, a pellet forming rate of over 95%, and the pellets are hard, not easy to loose, and convenient for storage and transportation.

• Working Principle

The working principle of the 37KW Biomass Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine is based on four core steps: feeding, extrusion, forming and cutting:

1. Feeding Stage: Raw materials that have been crushed, mixed and humidified are evenly fed into the pelleting chamber through the hopper.

2. Extrusion and Forming: The rollers rotate with the flat die under the action of friction, forcing the material into the die holes of the flat die. High-pressure extrusion reorganizes and densifies the material fibers.

3. Cutting and Discharging: After the formed columnar material is extruded from the die holes, it is cut into uniform pellets by the cutter according to the set length and discharged from the outlet.

4. No additional binder is required during the whole process. The fibers and moisture of the raw materials themselves can realize bonding and forming. The pellets have high internal ripening degree, good palatability and are conducive to the digestion and absorption of livestock and poultry.
