• Working Principle

After entering the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, the material is quickly broken under the impact and shearing action of the high-speed rotating hammers, and the collision between materials also further refines them. The crushed materials are classified through the sieve, and particles meeting the particle size requirements are carried out of the machine cavity by airflow, while large particles remain in the cavity and continue to be hit by the hammers until the target particle size is reached. The entire process is completed in a closed cavity. With a dust removal system, it effectively controls dust overflow and avoids material waste.
