• Working Principle

①Materials are fed into the inner cylinder of the three cylinder dryer via a belt conveyor for co-current drying with high-temperature hot air. 

②Then the materials enter the middle cylinder for counter-current drying with hot air. 

③Finally, they enter the outer cylinder to complete the final drying in a medium and low temperature environment. 

The materials move back and forth in the three cylinders, fully contacting with hot air to achieve efficient heat exchange, reducing the moisture content to below 1% and meeting the strict requirements of the pellet production line for raw material moisture content.
