The 560 pellet mill is a high-capacity, low-energy-consumption industrial biomass pellet mill developed by Xingye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. for the biomass energy processing sector. It is suitable for the resource utilization of various agricultural and forestry wastes such as wood chips, straw, rice husk and sawdust, compressing loose raw materials into high-density pellet fuel. Core Product Features
Equipped with a high-power main motor, the screw feeding system combined with frequency conversion speed regulation technology allows flexible adjustment of feeding speed. The single-unit 560 pellet mill hourly output can reach 1.5-2.5 tons, which is more than 20% higher than that of traditional industrial biomass pellet mill of the same model, significantly reducing the production cost per unit of pellets.
The pressing rollers and dies are precision-cast with high-chromium alloy materials and surface-treated by carburizing and quenching, with hardness up to HRC58-62. The wear resistance is increased by 3 times, and the service life of the die can reach more than 5000 hours under normal working conditions, reducing the time cost of downtime for parts replacement and making the operation of the eco-friendly pellet mill more worry-free.
Equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system and a touch screen human-machine interface, it can display key parameters such as feeding speed, host speed and pellet temperature in real time. It supports one-key start-stop, automatic fault alarm and diagnosis, and daily operation and maintenance can be completed without professional technicians.
This industrial biomass pellet mill adopts a closed dust removal design with a cyclone separator, and the dust emission is lower than the national industrial emission standard. The transmission system uses a hard tooth surface reducer with a transmission efficiency of up to 98%, saving 15% energy compared with traditional belt transmission, which is in line with the global green production concept and is a genuine eco-friendly pellet mill.
It supports granulation with various raw material ratios. Whether it is pure wood chips, straw mixtures or biomass waste residue, it can be processed into standard pellets with a diameter of 6-12mm, meeting the raw material and finished product needs of different customers, and adapting to the pellet fuel standards of different markets at home and abroad.
