Rotary Dryer & Model 700 Pellet Mill Shipped to Heilongjiang for Agricultural Waste Recycling

Recently, a complete set of custom-made large-scale Rotary Dryer and Model 700 Biomass Pellet Mill from our company has been loaded and shipped from the production base to Heilongjiang Province. This batch of equipment will be put into operation at a local biomass energy enterprise, specifically for the drying and pelletizing of agricultural and forestry wastes such as corncobs and wood chips, boosting the upgrading of the recycling industry of agricultural and forestry resources in Northeast China.

As seen from the on-site loading pictures, the heavy-duty low-flat trailer carries the ultra-long main unit of the rotary dryer. The equipment is made of thick-walled carbon steel, suitable for continuous drying operations in the low-temperature environment of Northeast China. The supporting Model 700 pellet mill and auxiliary equipment are neatly stacked after professional fixation and protection. The core pelletizing chamber is made of wear-resistant alloy material, which can meet the high-intensity pressing requirements of hard raw materials such as corncobs and wood chips.

As a major corn-producing area in China, Heilongjiang generates tens of millions of tons of corncob waste every year, coupled with a large amount of wood chips from forest harvesting, which were previously mostly disposed of by landfilling and incineration. The delivered complete set of equipment can first accurately control the moisture content of raw materials to 12%-15% through the rotary dryer, and then the Model 700 pellet mill presses them into high-density biomass pellet fuel. After commissioning, the enterprise is expected to process more than 8,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste annually. The produced pellet fuel can be supplied to local boiler heating, biomass power generation and other fields, realizing the green development of "turning waste into treasure".
