Structure of Three way Drying Machine: The core consists of three concentric nested rollers. The main body consists of an inner cylinder, a middle cylinder, an outer cylinder, and a lifting plate inside the cylinder, accompanied by a driving device, supporting wheels, a hot air stove, an inlet/outlet device, and other systems.
Working principle: The material and hot air undergo three return cycles in the cylinder to achieve efficient drying.
1. First return journey (inner cylinder): Wet materials flow downstream with high-temperature hot air, undergoing intense heat exchange and rapidly evaporating surface moisture.
2. Second return journey (middle cylinder): The material falls into the middle cylinder and flows in the opposite direction, forming counter current drying with hot air for deep dehydration.
3. Third return journey (outer cylinder): The material enters the outer cylinder and flows downstream again, completing the final drying and gradually cooling for subsequent storage.
Scope of application: Especially suitable for processing dispersed materials with uniform particles and good flowability, such as various types of sand (mechanism sand, quartz sand), mineral powder, coal powder, sawdust, straw, and fertilizers. It has a compact structure, high thermal efficiency, and uniform drying.
