Wood pellet machine, also known as biomass pellet molding machine, is a mechanical equipment that uses physical pressing technology to crush agricultural and forestry waste (such as sawdust, straw, rice husk, etc.) into high-density, regular cylindrical solid pellet fuel under high pressure.
working principle
1. Raw material preparation: Crush and dry the raw materials to the appropriate particle size and humidity.
2. Compression molding: The prepared raw materials are sent into the granulation chamber and strongly squeezed between the high-speed rotating pressure roller and the stationary annular mold.
3. Extrusion cutting: The raw material is heated and softened under tremendous pressure and friction, and is forced to be extruded from the small holes of the mold, forming thin strips.
4. Shaped cutting section: The external cutter cuts the extruded strip into cylindrical particles of uniform specifications.
