1. Feeding and distribution: The prepared powdered raw materials are fed into the granulator and evenly distributed to the inner surface area of the ring mold by a rotating feeder.

2. Extrusion and Forming: Two or three pressure rollers (pressure wheels) located inside the ring mold do not rotate with the revolution, but only rotate due to friction. The ring mold is driven by the spindle to rotate at high speed, bringing the material into the wedge-shaped extrusion zone formed by the pressure roller and the ring mold. In this area, the material is subjected to tremendous radial pressure from the pressure roller and is forcefully squeezed through the cylindrical mold hole on the ring mold.

3. Cutting and discharging: The material undergoes high temperature and high pressure in a very short period of time after passing through the mold hole, and its lignin or starch components soften and gelatinize, playing a natural bonding role. The extruded strip material is cut by a cutting blade fixed on the outer shell of the granulator, forming a set length of granular finished product.
