Working principle of Rotary Dryer
The material is fed into a tilted rotating drum from the feeding end. The scraper on the inner wall of the cylinder continuously picks up and scatters materials, making them evenly dispersed inside the cylinder. Hot air (or other media) comes into contact with materials in a co current, counter current, or cross current manner, undergoes sufficient heat exchange, and evaporates water. The dried material is collected from the discharge end, and the exhaust gas is discharged after dust removal.
