Flat Die Wood Pellet Machine is a molding equipment that uses a horizontal annular mold as the core structure. It forcefully squeezes various agricultural and forestry wastes (such as sawdust, straw, etc.) into high-density solid particle fuel under normal or low temperature conditions through the relative motion between vertical pressure rollers and flat molds. Its design philosophy focuses on practicality, economy, and wide adaptability to raw materials, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized biomass energy production.

1. Wide compatibility of raw materials
The requirements for particle size and fiber morphology of raw materials are relaxed, and it can efficiently process various biomass materials such as sawdust, sawdust, and crop straw, demonstrating strong material adaptability.
