Pulse dust remover is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust remover, improved on the basis of the bag dust remover. It integrates the advantages of various pulse jet dust removers with chamber reverse blowing, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient dust cleaning intensity and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air in the chamber, and expands the scope of application.

By adopting the technology of pulse blowing and dust cleaning with air shut-down in separate rooms, the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust remover and reverse blowing dust remover in separate rooms are overcome. It has strong dust removal capacity, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, low energy consumption, less steel consumption, less land occupation, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. It is applicable to the purification of dusty gas and the recovery of materials in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power, and light industry.
Due to the use of chamber air-stop pulse injection for ash cleaning, the purpose of complete ash cleaning can be achieved by one injection. Thus, the ash cleaning cycle is prolonged, the ash cleaning energy consumption is reduced, and the air pressure consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and the valve plate.
The maintenance and bag changing can be carried out in different rooms without stopping the system fan and under the normal operating conditions of the system. The opening of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The keel of the filter bag is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is convenient for bag unloading.
The upper bag pumping method is adopted. When changing the bag, the skeleton is pulled out, and the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operation conditions of changing the bag.
The box is designed with air tightness and good sealing. The inspection door is made of excellent sealing materials. Kerosene is used to detect leakage in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
The inlet and outlet air ducts are arranged compactly, and the airflow resistance is small.
