Working Principle
This flat die biomass pellet machine feeds pretreated raw materials such as wood chips and straw into the pelletizing chamber through the feed inlet. The motor drives the flat die and pressure rollers to rotate at high speed via the reduction gearbox. The raw materials are extruded into dense pellets under high pressure and discharged through the discharge outlet. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricating oil tank to continuously lubricate the gearbox for stable operation; the control box can adjust the rotation speed and feeding rate in real time to achieve intelligent production.
