560 Ring Die Biomass Pellet Machine is our core model, designed for biomass fuel and feed pelletizing. With high-precision ring die and press rollers, it features high pelletizing rate, low energy consumption and stable operation. Suitable for wood, straw, palm husk, rice husk, widely used in biomass energy and animal husbandry.With its various applications, this granulator can be used as a feed granule machine, wood pellet machine, straw scale pellet machine, rice husk pellet machine, sawdust pellet machine, fuel pellet machine, biomass pellet machine, fertilizer pellet machine, organic fertilizer pellet machine, and more.

•  Process and Working Principle 

1. Use our Wood Chipper or Wood Crusher to make the materials smaller and more manageable.

2. Ensure the moisture content of the sawdust or other materials is between 8-15% for optimal pelletizing. You can achieve this by using a Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) or by adding water.

3. Gradually feed the sawdust into the pellet machine.

4. After pelletizing, the pellets are of high temperature and need to be cooled. Our pellet cooler efficiently cools down the pellets for further processing.

5. The cooled pellets then go through a vibrating sieve, which separates the good pellets from any broken ones or powder. This ensures only high-quality pellets are collected for use.

6. Finally, the pellets are ready to be packed. Our pellet packing machine makes the packaging process quick and hassle-free.
