• Working Principle

The vertical ring die pellet machine adopts the "vertical extrusion + centrifugal granulation" process, with core components of vertical ring die and pressure roller, and the process is efficient and stable:

Feeding stage: Powder or crushed raw materials are evenly sent into the ring die through a screw conveyor, no additional water is needed (the best raw material moisture content is 12%-15%);

Pressing stage: The motor drives the ring die to rotate at high speed, the pressure roller rotates with the friction of the ring die, the raw materials are strongly extruded in the wedge area between the pressure roller and the ring die, and extruded through the die holes on the ring die to form cylindrical strips;

Granulation stage: After the strips are extruded, they are accurately cut by fixed cutters, and the length of finished pellets can be freely controlled by adjusting the position of cutters (10-30mm);

Discharging stage: The finished pellets are automatically discharged by centrifugal force without additional conveying devices. The whole process has no extra energy consumption, and the raw materials are fully cured, which can improve the combustion performance of pellet fuel.
