• Working Principle

The 450 Type Flat Die Pellet Machine adopts the semi-dry extrusion granulation principle, which belongs to the physical forming processing technology. 

• When the equipment is running, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission system, and then drives the pressure roller to rotate and revolve around the flat die mold;

• The raw materials to be processed are evenly spread on the surface of the flat die mold through the feed inlet, and under the high-intensity rotating extrusion of the pressure roller, the materials are forced to be extruded from the aperture of the mold.At the same time, the materials generate 50-90℃ high temperature due to friction during the extrusion process, realizing their own curing and bonding;

• The extruded long strip materials are accurately cut by the cutter at the bottom of the equipment to form uniform granular finished products. No a large amount of adhesive is needed in the whole process, and the granulation rate is as high as more than 95%, ensuring stable pellet forming effect.
