This full set pelletizing equipment integrates raw material crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, screening and packaging, which can efficiently convert various biomass raw materials such as sawdust, wood branches, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bark and furniture scraps into high-density, high-calorific value and low-pollution biomass pellet fuel, and can also be adapted to produce feed pellets for feed raw materials.

Working Principle
Raw Material Crushing Stage: Raw materials such as wood logs/straw are first cut into uniform wood chips by a wood chipper, then crushed into 2-8mm sawdust by a hammer mill to meet the particle size requirements of pelletizing raw materials.
Drying Stage: The crushed sawdust is sent to a rotary dryer, and the moisture content of the raw material is accurately controlled in the optimal pelletizing range of 12%-18% to ensure the molding rate and hardness of the pellets.
Core Pelletizing Stage: The qualified dried raw materials are sent to the core host (ring die/flat die pellet machine) of our complete biomass pellet machine production line. The high-speed rotation of the pressing wheel and ring die generates high-pressure extrusion, and the material is heated to 80-120℃ by friction. The lignin in the raw material softens to act as a natural binder, forcing it to extrude through the die hole to form, and the cutter cuts it into uniform pellets.
Post-processing Stage: The high-temperature pellets are cooled and dehumidified by a cooler, unqualified scraps are removed by a screening machine, and finally quantitatively packaged and stored by an automatic packaging machine, completing the fully automatic production of the whole process.
